SUBJECT: Purple Parrot Owners

Response to email. You claim the information is non-factual. No disputing the fact there is a contract in place with PKRM. What's being dispute is the fact there’s no rent paid to the association and the owners have scarified their clubroom to benefit a commercial enterprise. In addition the person who benefits the most sits on the board. If this is not a conflict of interest, then who doses know what is? Agree when you say there are many serious issues confronting purple parrot and this is a prime example. It sounds like the president is endorsing the present contract which could be construed a s another conflict of interest. How could the president endorse the company that pays no rent; has taken the owners clubroom and conducts other businesses on our property? The president is supposed to represent all owners, not just a board member who gets a free ride. This will not go away by just denying the facts. Someone need to acquaint themselves with the state laws governing the denial of common properties, conflict of interest as well as the associated penalties. If it cannot be resolved at this level maybe the state can render a decision. Second email to follow with documentation to back up facts
