All of our domain names link back to our master server. At this time, we only have one because we don't have enough traffic to warrant any more than that. In other words, once it was removed from this site, it was gone.
Unfortunately, Google had already stored the full contents of the pages that hosted the message, and even though we have set "noarchive" and "noindex" in our headers, their crawlers are so behind that they apparently don't even know this yet. One would think that this is content piracy, as we never gave Google explicit permission to use or store our content, and hopefully at some point they will have to address this larger issue.
Anyway, the point is that there is nothing more for Google, Yahoo, etc. to further find. We just need to make sure that the cached content is all purged from their servers, and unfortunately it seems that the only way to do that is to make requests per URL (since that's how they archive).
We spot-checked several other search engines awhile back, and the only one that had anything was AllTheWeb.com, which uses Yahoo! stored content, and it was removed when we had it taken down at Yahoo!.
We sincerely do care about your client's reputation (the original email seemed unwarranted), and we will continue to help out in any way possible.

That link doesn't go directly to our site, it is a CACHED version on GOOGLE's server, NOT ours. Threatening us will not get results any quicker, and may tempt us to contact our lawyer before taking any action.
We have been extremely cooperative on each request that you have made. This link was one that both parties missed last time, and we have just placed a request for removal from search results in Google. This is GOOGLE's fault (and the fault of the sender), NOT ours, but we will continue to do everything we can to eliminate the mess.
